This working ostrich farm and country lodge is situated on the Cango Tourism Route. We offer comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and true South African hospitality!

The rooms are comfortably furnished with a fan, clock-radio, coffee and tea facilities and a bathroom with a shower. Every room is equipped with twin beds, but we have queen-size beds on request. Each room has a verandah with a table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy nature, the animals and the magnificent view of the mountain. No smoking inside the rooms.

Our restaurant, The Old Mill, is open daily for lunch and dinner. We specialise in ostrich and venison dishes.

WEDDING VENUE:
The perfect location for WEDDINGS. We can accommodate up to 300 people with a spacious dance floor, undercover BBQ facilities, swimming pool area & two garden gazebo's for your perfect ceremony. The venue has a spectacular view of our farm and the foothills of the Swartberg Mountains. The gazebo's seat up to 200 people.

We supply internet service, screens, telephone & fax service, sound systems, a slide and photocopying service and full secretarial and administrative support for your wedding. We have 40 4-star rooms to accommodate the guests and also an la carte or Buffet menu to choose from to have lunch or dinner.

CONFERENCES/FUNCTIONS:
Also the perfect location for FUNCTIONS. We supply internet service, screens, telephone & fax service, sound systems, a slide and photocopying service and full secretarial and administrative support for your conference.

ACTIVITIES:
Thrilling 4x4 Trips up the mountain: On these trips you will see elephant foot plants more than a thousand years old, aloes more than 200 years old and numerous other succulents and plants used by previous generations and bushman as medicine.

Hiking: Two wonderful routes to view succulents. Two hours are needed for this walk up the mountain.
